jpegpixi software package provides Remove hot spots from JPEG images with minimal quality loss, you can install in your Debian 7 (Wheezy) by running the commands given below on the terminal,
$ sudo apt-get update $ sudo apt-get install jpegpixi
jpegpixi is installed in your system.
Make ensure the jpegpixi package were installed using the commands given below,
$ sudo dpkg-query -l | grep jpegpixi *
You will get with jpegpixi package name, version, architecture and description in a table
